Sweet little doll dress, with a high waist and lpuffy sleeves

The fabric is an African fancy print, similar to a wax print.  The maker information is visible on the lower edge of the skirt, as s hown in the second photo.

Closes in back with thin strips of hook and loop tape

Fits many smaller fashion dolls, vintage and modern
